19th Annual Thresheree
September 16 & 17, 2017 - 9am to 5pm

Move the calendar back to when steam engines that powered threshing machines moved from farm to farm to harvest the grain. Try to remember when horses plowed fields. Have you ever seen large logs sawed using steam power? You will experience all of these long-ago activities, plus much, much more (exhibits, demonstrations, blacksmithing, encampments, to name a few) at the 19th Annual Thresheree.

The kids will enjoy making a scarecrow, building a log cabin, and seeing old tractors in the daily parade.

Sit down to eat a brat or burger while listening to a variety of music. Bid high to get the treasure you want at the Live Auction on Saturday (new this year) or in the Silent Auction tent. Look for a bargain at the Sweets 'n Stuff tent. And, don't forget to take a tour of the Messer/Mayer Mill, Mill House, Lillicrapp Welcome Center and log buildings. The newly built blacksmith shop will be dedicated and have demonstrations.
