Maple Syrup Family Day
Saturday, March 23, 2024 ~ 9am-4pm
Do you know how maple syrup is made? Did you know it takes 40 gallons of sap to make just one gallon of the delicious syrup? Come to the Richfield Historical Park on March 23, 2024, and see maple trees tapped, sap drip - drip - dripping into the bags fastened to the trees and steam hovering above the boiler while the sap bubbles.
Enjoy a pancake breakfast with delicious 'real' maple syrup drizzled over your stack of cakes. A New Location -- Pavilion in Nature Park.
Experience pioneer life by seeing outdoor cooking, watching a 'smith' at work, shelling some corn and more fun activities. Buy maple cotton candy and enjoy its delicious taste.
